We promise we’ll do our best to make sure your Orro + Co product arrives safely and in perfect condition, but if you’ve received a product that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we’ll do our best to help.
If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch with our customer care team at email@example.com, and include your order confirmation number in the subject line (this helps us process your request as quickly as possible!). Please provide details of the issue (including any photos) within 7 days from product arrival. We’ll then verify if you’re entitled to a replacement product or a refund, and send you instructions on how to get the product back to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a replacement or refund on faulty or incorrect products, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
Orro + Co does not take responsibility for the cost of returning the products, and we recommend tracking your return.
